INVESTMENT CRITERIA AND APPROACH
We are fully committed to partnering with financial sponsors on direct lending solutions.
Our investment strategy focuses primarily on originating and making loans to, and making debt and equity investments in, U.S. middle market companies. We will invest in senior secured or some unsecured loans, subordinated loans or mezzanine loans and, to a lesser extent, equity-related securities and warrants, real estate, patents, and other assets that can be leveraged as security.

Companies with earnings before interest expense, income tax expense, depreciation and amortization, or “EBITDA,” between $10 million and $250 million annually and/or annual revenue of $50 million to $2.5 billion at the time of investment.
Cash on balance sheet, revenue stream, or potential for an improved revenue stream.
Ability to lead or anchor debt financings of $75 -$500 million.
